Copycat “Rotel” tomatoes for home canning! We grow our own tomatoes and peppers so cost per can is miniscule…just the cost of the small amount of salt/spices. Canning time is 35 minutes for half pints OR pints. I Only recommend pressure canning since it has peppers! For more step by step canning recipies check us out at Teal House Farm on YouTube! #canning #homesteading #homesteadtoktok #rotel #frugal #diy #pantry

Rotel Copycat Recipe for CanningI made a triple-double batch because I had that many tomatoes. But the recipe below is for the original double batch I was going to do! 😂 I also made mine a medium heat by using jalapeños instead of poblanos. I might make another batch later in tomato season with poblanos. But I have other things I want to make first. Rotel Copycat Recipe:🍅 12 cups cord, peeled, and quartered tomatoes 🌶️ one cup finally chopped chili peppers, Anaheim, poblano, or other mild pep
